Wow! What a fantastic evening on Saturday September 12, 2009 at the
Red River College Princess Street Campus..
The evening was a gala event featuring a fabulous, multi-course ethnic dinner accompanied by fine wines from around the world and a chance to mix and mingle with a diverse crowd.

The Manitoba Immigrants’ Safety Initiative (MISI) is a 2-year WCB funded project with the goal of preventing
injury, death and workplace related illness for existing and new immigrant workers in Manitoba.
The project is being supported by Safety Services Manitoba and the International Centre, and is intended
to research, design, develop, pilot and evaluate a prevention program model. This immigrant
workplace health and safety program will strive to address the unique needs of immigrant workers,
their employers, and a variety of community stakeholders. |
