In Ukraine, ordinary working specialists are not valued, you always feel like a slave, wages are low in order to avoid labor migration for the majority of the population. In Canada, decent wages and conditions, a huge selection of work and conditions for technical specialists.

What advice would you give to immigrants and newcomers looking for work?
The most important thing is to learn English, then you will be able to better navigate, look for a job, pass interviews and choose the best options for yourself.
