While the skill required to perform the daily tasks are the same, but the Canadian style of soft skills are different.

What advice would you give to immigrants and newcomers looking for work?
1) Be persistent. 2) Attend all training provided by immigrant center and Manitoba start. 3) Willingness to learn new skill and accept jobs of different nature compared to our home country.
