Opportunity for Employment and Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology is providing a Free Manufacturing Training Program for all Permanent Residents, Citizens, Refugee Claimants, and Convention Refugees with CLB 1-4. The Programs are 3-6 months long and include training and work placement.
