Assisted me with writing my resume, answering interview questions, job search, food handlers/ first Aid certification.

What types of job search techniques did you use to find your job?
Talked with persons I met casually. Once the individual was warm I would introduce myself tell them I’m new to Canada and seeking employment if they know of anything they could call me and I gave them my contact information.

What differences have you noticed between working in Canada and working in your home country?
Your salary is sure and my co-workers are warm and friendly.

What advice would you give to immigrants and newcomers looking for work?
Before getting employed make sure they are enrolled with immigrant Center to get certification and become familiar with Canadian workplace culture.
