Thanks to Manitoba Start and OFE that I had writing resume and Canadian Workplace Culture courses (at Immigrant Centre Manitoba). I have also been informed about possible interview questions (at Immigrant Centre Manitoba). And within my first job interview, I have been accepted as a curriculum writer for a 3 months English as an Additional Language for Indigenous People Curriculum Project.

What types of job search techniques did you use to find your job?
I made job searching through Indeed.

What differences have you noticed between working in Canada and working in your home country?
If I didn't have the course for Workplace Culture, it would be really challenging for me.

What advice would you give to immigrants and newcomers looking for work?
I suggest to improve their soft skills and learn about the workplace culture in Canada.
