Resume writing, Interview guide/skills and Canadian work culture Immigrant Center Manitoba should continue to play the role of orientation for immigrants. It was an eye opener for me to attend the programs and the Coaching section with my coach open up the productive/efficient approach to landing jobs in Canada within 2 months. Some new comers that are successful in landing jobs early could be occassionaly invited as resource for new immigrants to propel their journey.

What advice would you give to immigrants and newcomers looking for work?
As an immigrant or new comer to Canada, Be deliberate and define your immediate, medium and long term goals and focus on your strengths. Your experience and education is valid in Canada but be ready to go some steps lower especially if you were a manager in your home country beacuse Canada need time(Canadian work experinece) to trust that you can lead people at work
